a. The sum signal (A+B) is low 和信号低

c. The output signal of the individual load cells have opposite signs

6.8.1.3 Supply Error 供给错误 IP 20-version (unsealed):
When the PFEA 111/112 is connected to the 24VDC power supply the voltage between terminals X1:1 and X1:2 should be 18-36V.
当PFEA 111/112接在24VDC电源上,X1:1和X1:2之间的电压应该为18-36V。 1. If the voltage is lower than 18V:
如果电压低于18V:
- Check the power supplies rating. Rating should be 18-36VDC. 检查电源提供等级。等级应该为18-36VDC。

- Check that the power supply has sufficient capacity. See power requirements in section
2.6.2 Power Unit.

2. If the power supply has sufficient capacity, check cabling and cable resistance between power
supply and PFEA 111/112.
如果电源有足够来源,检查接线端子排和电源同PFEA111/112电缆之间的电阻。
3. If power supply and cabling are correct, the tension electronics is probably defect. Replace
PFEA 111/112.
如果电源和接线端子排正确,传感器可能损坏。更换PFEA111/112。 IP 65-version (NEMA 4):
? Check the mains voltage connected to terminals X9:1 and X9:2.
检查X9:1和X9:2之间的主电压。 Mains voltage must be:
85-264V AC (100V-15% to 240V +10%) Frequency range:45-65Hz
主电压应该为85-264VAC(100V-15% to 240V +10%)频率范围为45-65Hz.
6.8.1.4 Load Cell Excitation Error 测压单元激发的错误
? Check that cables are correctly connected to the electronics. ? 检查电缆正确的连接到传感器。
? If single side measurement is used and only load cell A is connected to the electronics,
check that a shorting wire is connected between terminals X1:7 and X1:8.
如果用单边测量并只有一个测压单元A和传感器连接,保证X1:7和X1:8间短接。
- Switch off the tension electronics and measure the resistance between terminals X1:3 and X1:8.
关闭张力传感器测量X1:3和X1:8间的电阻。 The resistance is >8 ohm: 电阻>8ohm
Check that the total cable resistance between electronics and load cells does not exceed 5 ohm.
If cable resistance does not exceed 5 ohm, check cabling and load cells.
检查传感器和测压单元间的总电阻是否超过5欧姆。 如果不超过5欧姆,检查接线端子排和测压单元。 The resistance is <7 ohm: 电阻<7ohm
If cabling is correct, the electronics is probably defect. 如果接线端子排正确,传感器可能损坏。
Replace PFEA 11/112. 更换PFEA 111/112。
6.8.2 Warnings 警告
6.8.2.1 Profibus Communication Problem Profibus 通讯问题 Check:检查
? That the bus is correctly terminated.总线确被终止 ? The Profibus address.地址
? Cabling and connectors.卷线柱和连接器
6.8.2.2 Synchronization Problem 同步问题 Check the cabling and shield.
检查接线端子排和防护罩。
If the cabling is correct the tension electronics is probably defect.

6.8.3 Changing to Single Side Measurement if one Load Cell is Faulty 如果一个测压单元损坏变为单边测量
If one load cell is faulty it is possible to change from Standard Roll to Single Side Measurement. 如果一个测压单元损坏从标准辊变为单边测量是可行的。
For load cell connections, please refer to cable diagrams in Appendix B,C,D or E for the load cell type used in the installation.
关于测压单元的连接,请参照附录B,C,D和E。
Depending on which load cell that is faulty, do the following: 要确定哪个测压单元损坏,按照以下: Load cell A is faulty: A损坏
1. Disconnect load cell A from the Tension Electronics.
将A从传感器断开连线。
2. More connections for load cell B to the terminals where load cell A was connected.
B多出A的接线端子。
3. Connect a shorting wire for the load cell excitation circuit between X1:7 and X1:8.
将X1:7 和X1:8短接。 Load cell B is faulty: B损坏
1. Disconnect load cell B from the Tension Electronics. 将B从传感器断开连线。
2. Connect a shorting wire for the load cell excitation circuit between X1:7 and X1:8. 将X1:7 和X1:8短接。
After having changed the load cell connections, one parameter setting in the Tension Electronics must be changed.
改变测压单元接线后,张力传感器的参数设置也要改变。 Use the menu below to change from StandardRoll to SingleSide. 用下面的菜单从标准辊变为单边。
