什么是ATP认证？

ATP即易腐食物国际运输及其特种运输设备协议认证。此协议被称为ATP协议（最初为法国易腐物品运输协议），1970-71由欧洲联合经济委员会内陆运输委员会替代。

ATP is an Agreement relating to International transportation of perishable goods and special vehicles to be used for this type of haulage. It is referred to as the ATP agreement (after its French initials Agreement Transport Perishable) and was drawn up by the Inland Transport Committee of the United Nations Economic Committee for Europe in 1970-71.

ATP协议适用于所有关于易腐产品的运输，可用于第三方或则自我声明。ATP协议适用于当运输货物装载和卸载地点处于不同国家地区且货物卸载地点处于ATP协议受控范围，且此协议专门针对铁路运输﹑公路运输或则两种运输方式相结合的运输方式进行管控。

ATP is the requirements apply to all transportation (of perishable goods), for a third party or one's own use, undertaken exclusively either by rail, road or a combination of the two, when the loading (and unloading) point is in two different States and when the unloading point for the goods is situated on the territory of a contracting party\

除非运输车辆已经通过ATP认证，在两个不同国家之间（任何一个或均为ATP协议签约国）国家领域之间越界运输易腐食物将视为违法行为。一旦违法，货物将可能被扣留﹑遣回并且会承受大笔的罚款。

It is illegal to transport perishable foodstuffs across an international boundary between countries that are signatories to the agreement unless the vehicle has an ATP certificate. If you do this you could be stopped, turned back and even incur a substantial fine! 易腐物品列表：

frozen foods, butter, game, milk in tanks (unpasteurised or pasteurised) for immediate consumption, milk for industrial use, dairy products (yoghurts, kephir drinks, cream cheese and fromage frais), fish, shellfish (excluding smoked, salted, dried or live fish, live shellfish), meat-based products (excluding pickled, smoked, dried or sterilised products), poultry, and rabbits\认证产品：
