1. 经 过 同源 性 检 索 和 优 选 确 定 95 1-96 9 位 （G C A A A A G G T T T C A G G G T A T ) 、 1 122 -114 0 位 (G G A C A A A G C C C G A G C A A A G ) 为 siR N A 靶 序 列 。

2. 筛选 得到重组子 pG FP -V -R S-siC E 95 1 和 pG FP -V -R S-siC E 1122 ，测序分 析其 插 入 序 列 与 设 计 完 全 一 致 。

3. 干 扰 1 组 （转 染 pG F P-V -R S-siC E 95 1 ) 和 干 扰 2 组 （转 染 PG FP -V -R S-siC E 1122 ) 细 胞 cyclin E m R N A 的 相 对 表 达 量 分 别 为 0 .2 15±0 .02 1 和 0 .17 8±0 .0 19 ，显 著 低 于 空 白对 照 组 和 无 关 siR N A 对 照 组 （
