Lesson 47 I Made It

一、教材分析：

1.单元及课文分析

本单元围绕“自己”展开话题，通过让人不断地发现自己的特长与特点，从而更加自信。本课讲述了一个名为Peter的小男孩通过一点一滴的努力最后成功的故事。

2.教学重点：

能听懂、会读、会写本课单词，并能学习Peter锲而不舍的精神。

3.教学难点: accept 与 receive 的区别

Step I Class Opening (3分钟)

T: Do you remember the paper? Cici only got 64 marks, but now what’s Cici’s score? S:100 (PPT上出示现在Cici的满分试卷。)

1. New Words

a.情景展示：

Cici was a loser, because she failed in her English test paper. Her teacher Miss Xi asked her to read more and writer more by heart and she accepted her teacher's advice. At last she got a perfect score. She made it. We are proud of her now. b.辨析 accept and receive

2. Reading

Peter came from Mexico. He _________ his English exam because he spelled too many words wrong. His friend Krista _________ that." If

Krista helped Peter make a study plan. Peter ___________the challenge, and he worked very hard.

3. Work in groups of three. Rewrite the lesson as a dialogue and act it out. For example:

五、教学反思

虽然本课的单词在新单词讲解的部分处理得不少，可是课文中还是有不少之前学过的单词没有充分处理，只能在课后的习题中再做详细的讲解了。
