10000m/d生活污水处理及回用工艺设计
摘 要:我国是一个水资源匮乏的国家,尤其是近20年来随着我国城市化进程的发展及城市人口的递增,生活污水排放量日益增多,水污染问题日趋严重。大量未经处理的污水直接排放,不但造成环境污染而且制约我国经济发展,同时造成了水资源的浪费,因此提出了处理后的污水回用的观点并得到了应用。目前最普遍的生活污水处理方法是活性污泥法,同时,氧化塘、A/O法、SBR法等也在污水处理厂的建设中得到应用。本设计采用以SBR法为主体的生活污水处理工艺,其主要流程为格栅→沉砂池→调节池→SBR池→中间池→过滤器→接触池,使出水达到《城市污水再生利用城市杂用水水质》(GB/T18920-2002)的要求并回用,本设计通过沉砂池的计算、SBR池的计算、过滤设备的计算与选型,对10000m3/d生活污水的处理及回用进行了工艺设计。处理后的污水可用于城市绿化、洗车、扫除洒水、厕所便器冲洗等,减轻我国污水对环境的污染和缓解我国水资源短缺的问题。 关键词:生活污水;SBR工艺;深度处理;回用

Process Design of Treating and Reusing
10000m3/d Domestic Sewage
Abstract: China is a country that lack of water resources. Over the past 20 years, as the urbanization developed and the urban population increased, the total amount of sewage discharged increase,the problem of water pollution has become increasingly serious. Large amounts of untreated sewage discharge directly, which cause environmental pollution and restrict China's economy development, at the same time induce to water waste. Therefore the recycling of treated waste water had been presented and applied universally. At present, the most common methods used to treat domestic sewage is activated sludge process, at the same time, oxidation pond, aerobic/anoxic process, sequence biology reactor are also widely applied in the sewage treatment plant. In this design, SBR method, the mainly used process to treat sewage, has been adopted. The main flow-chart show as following screening →grit removal chamber →equalization basin → SBR tank → filter →contact tank, the effluent can meet the required level of "reuse of recycling water for urban-Water quality standard for urban miscellaneous water consumption " (GB/T18920-2002) and reuse. The process for treating and reusing 10000m3/d domestic sewage has been designed, the size of the grit chamber, the SBR tank and the filter is calculated respectively, and filter equipment is chosen. The treated water can be used for urban greening, car washing, removing the sprinkler, toilet flushing, etc. which reduce sewage pollution of the environment and mitigate the problem of water shortage in our country.
