前言

我叫闫楠，来自陕西科技大学镐京学院信息工程系电气101班。

大一很快就结束了，根据学校的安排，我们大一今年的社会实践是走入社会，深入打工一线，直面打工人物，体验生活艰辛。这次的社会实践已经不是我做的第一次社会实践报告了。除了兴奋，我也很感谢学校再次给了我们这一次机会，因此我非常重视这次的社会实践，希望可以做好它。走出学校，为自己带来更多的经验。

本次的实践活动时间是从2011年至2011年。在这十天之中，我真正的走入社会，像父母一样，在社会上工作，体验到了很多，以前对社会有很多的不了解，在这次都有所感触。在这些和我一起工作的人身上我也学会了很多，努力，奋斗，机遇都是非常重要的。任何人，他们也都要付出，才能取得回报。

社会实践引导我们学生走出校门，走向社会，接触社会，了解社会，投身社会的良好形式；是培养锻炼才干的好渠道；是提升思想，修身养性，树立服务社会的思想的有效途径。通过参加社会实践活动，有助于我们在校大学生更新观念，吸收新的思想与知识。

任何一个地方都不会有免费的午餐，我经过这十天来的工作，体会到了父母平时工作的很多不容易，切身实际的感受到了现在社会工作的不容易。这是平常在学校中学不到的，也许真的是走出一步，会看到更广阔的天地。走出去，我们的心也会更开阔，就像打开一扇窗，见到的阳光也会更多。

Abstract

The social practice is to attend summer short-term work, thorough, and work person lived, understanding of migrant workers and the working group life, economy, politics, family status. The modern society of market economy and the requirement of talent quality, and strengthen the professional knowledge in the application in the market continuously improve. Therefore, we must constantly improve their own ability to adapt to the development of the market changes, enhance inpidual in the talent market in the core competitiveness.

I work in the ten days since I found that: success is not each person is born, it needs us to pay more effort, you want to succeed, you will have to pay ten times or more efforts. Maybe some people will say, I have no reward do, I want to say" paid may not return, however, do not pay no return.

Time is passing, but let me learn a lot of things, and these things will make me a lifetime. Social practice has deepened my all sectors of society and people's feelings, closer to me and social distance, also let myself to develop a vision of social practice, an increase of competence, to further clarify our young students to become useful for road and shoulder the historical mission. Social learning and education is a big classroom, in the wide world, we embodied the value of life, increased competition for the future and lay a more solid foundation. I get a lot of inspiration in practice!

Everyone deserves our respect, to admire, perhaps because they are not wise one, but it is the effort of A. These are my in these people to learn, and the social practice will become my life a great fortune. In this social practice we should understand the reality of the employment pressure, the hardships of life, understanding of the society to talented person's knowledge structure, moral cultivation, social skills, professional capability, which have specific requirements, and through my own work experience, learn from the experience and lessons for the future study, to provide real power.

摘要

本次的社会实践是亲自参加暑假短期打工，深入一线，与打工人物同吃同住，了解打工者及打工群体的生活、经济、政治、家庭等状况。现代社会对市场经济与人才质量的要求，以及强化专业知识在市场中的应用不断提高。因此，我们就要不断的提高自身适应市场发展变化的能力，提升个人在人才市场中的核心竞争力。

在我工作的这十天以来我发现：成功并不是每个人天生的，它需要我们付出更多的后天努力，你想要怎样的成功，你便要付出十倍甚至更多的努力。也许有人会说，我付出了没有回报怎么办，我想说“付出了也许不会有回报，但是，不付出一定没回报。

时间一晃而过，但我也从中领悟到了很多的东西，而这些东西将让我终生受用。社会实践加深了我与社会各阶层人的感情，拉近了我与社会的距离，也让自己在社会实践中开拓了视野，增长了才干，进一步明确了我们青年学生的成材之路与肩负的历史使命。社会才是学习和受教育的大课堂，在那片广阔的天地里，我们的人生价值得到了体现，为将来更加激烈的竞争打下了更为坚实的基础。我在实践中得到许多的感悟!

每个人都值得我们去尊敬，去佩服，因为也许他们不是最聪明的一个，但一定是最努力的一个。这些都是我在这些人身上所学到的，而这次的社会实践一定会成为我人生的一笔巨大财富。在这次的社会实践中我们要了解现实就业压力、生活的艰辛，了解社会对人才的知识结构、道德修养、社交能力、专业能力等有哪些具体的要求，而通过我自己的打工历程，从中汲取经验教训，为今后奋力学习提供现实动力。
