the tolerance standard 7611 mentioned on customer's drawing (VOLVO 14611477) is not avaiable. And some other special tech requirements on cusomer's drawing is ignored on DK internal production drawing. VOLVO 14611477原始图纸上提及的尺寸标准7611在威海工厂没有正式发行版本。原始图纸上提及的其他特殊要求在生产图纸上被忽略了。

.2 Is a process development plan available and are the target maintained?1. the genral project plan for J309 and VOLVO are available. However, milestone review record or updated task list are not available(there is no original project meeting hole between Weihai and Bussan) 2.the drawing and other document in hardware or software are not kept in good condition. 1.威海工厂有从韩国获得总体的J309和VOLVO项目计划，但是各项目阶段双方沟通的任务进展记录未可见。 (韩国和威海之间没有召开过系统项目会议) 2.项目文件的软/硬拷贝没有做有效的管理。
