Aims of the whole unit:
To introduce and develop the theme of school life
To identify the differences between school life in different countries To develop the reading skills of skimming and scanning To learn some words about school facilities
To learn about attributive clauses and how to use relative pronouns
To develop listening, speaking, reading and writing by completing a task and a project To form a positive attitude in a new and challenging situation To learn to be cooperative and helpful when working together
