提升第三方物流企业的核心竞争力

摘 要：我国加入ＷＴＯ后，“世界工厂”地位的确立，为我国物流市场的发展带来了新的机遇和挑战。本文从第三方物流企业面临的机遇与挑战入手，分析了第三方物流企业核心竞争力的概念，阐明了第三方物流企业核心竞争力的特征；最后全面揭示了提升第三方物流企业核心竞争力的策略。

Abstract: After our country joins W T O, “the industrial workshop of the world”the status establishment, logistics the market for our country the development to bring the new opportunity and the challenge. This article flowed the opportunity and the challenge from the third party which the enterprise faced obtains, analyzes the third party logistics enterprise core competitive ability the concept, had expounded the third party logistics the enterprise core competitive ability the characteristic; Finally comprehensively promulgated the promotion third party logistics enterprise core competitive ability the strategy.

一．我国第三方物流企业面临的机遇与挑战

我国加入ＷＴＯ后，为我国物流市场的发展带来了新的机遇和挑战，一是随着贸易壁垒降低，将促进国内统一市场的形成，并加速我国参与国际分工和全球经济一体化的进程，为物流业发展提供持续扩张的市场空间。二是由于我国在劳动力成本和原材料供应方面的比较优势，以及巨大的市场前景，跨国公司正准备将我国变成其制造基地，这一趋势无疑会增加我国物流市场新的需求。三是国外物流企业纷纷以各种方式进入我国物流市场，给我国物流企业增加了竞争的压力和合作的机会。我国多种所有制形式的第三方物流企业正在形成，主要由三部分组成；第一部分是国际型物流企业，如总统轮船、宅急送等；第二部分是由国内运输、仓储、物资流通及货代等传统企业转变形成的物流企业，如中储、中外运
