俄罗斯饮食文化趣谈

现在我们开始，我想知道你了解多少俄罗斯的饮食文化？许多人以为俄罗斯没什么好吃的食物，最有名只不过就是“土豆烧牛肉”，尽管俄罗斯人对吃没有那么讲究，只有很少的食物品种，不过他们的饮食也有独具风味。

首先，我要向大家介绍的是大列巴，其实就是一种俄罗斯大面包，这种面包比普通的盘子还要大，它是俄罗斯的传统食品。刚出炉的面包底部是硬邦邦的，能敲出声，不过切开就松软可口，还不掉渣，所以可以说另有一番风味。

其次，俄罗斯民族性格的又一特色是伏特加酒。伏特加被直接称作“可爱的水”，俄罗斯人对它真是情有独钟。冰镇后的伏特加喝起来口味更好，能够吃着黑鱼子酱，喝着伏特加当然是更好的了，但贪杯者可以不需要任何下酒菜，喝一杯酒闻一下黑面包就可以得到满足。

然后，大家都知道每个民族都有自己喜爱的饮料，但是，谁知道俄罗斯人喜爱的是什么呢？答案是克瓦斯。克瓦斯在俄罗斯已有1000多年的历史，至今仍然风行。我们要知道克瓦斯，是不含酒精的饮料之一。事实上，俄罗斯人一天也离不开克瓦斯，不管是在工作时，还是下班后，或者是饭前饭后都要饮用。

最后，欧洲人把鱼子酱当为上等的美食，其中又以俄罗斯产的鱼子酱为上等品。对俄罗斯人来说，吃一片抹有黑鱼子酱油和黄油的面包也是难能可贵的享受。

总体上说来，饮食是人们日常生活的反映。我们可以看出，俄罗斯人生活很轻松，愉快。

Something about Russian diet culture

Secondly, another feature of the Russian national character is vodka. Vodka was called "sweet water". It’s really fond of the Russian people. Cold vodka drink up tastes better, but the excessive drinking can do not need any kind of snacks, drink a glass of vodka to smell the black bread can be satisfied.

In addition, we all know that every nation has their favorite drink, but who knows what do the Russian people like? The answer is kvass. Kvass in Russia has 1,000 years of history, nowadays, it’s still popular. In fact, the Russian cannot without kvass every day, whether at work, after work, or before and after meals.

Finally, the European as caviar for fine food, and superior quality for caviar made in Russia. For the Russian people, eat a piece of black caviar sauce with bread and butter is also valuable to enjoy.
