Abstract:TheeffectofPBlatexonthepropertiesofsheetgradeABSresinfamilyhasbeeninvestigated.InordertoimprovethepropertiesofthelatexusedforsheetABS,butadieneandstyrenewereusedasmonomerinpolymerization,specialcompoundsoapfamilywasused,andinthesametimemultifunctionaladditivesandsteppedtemperaturerisingtechnologywereusedtoproducespecialPBlatexusedforABSresin.Afterthedemonstrationtestssuchasagglomeration,graftpolymerization,coalescenceanddrying,andmixingwithSANinmeltstate,thepropertiesofthesheetgradeABSresinproducedareclosetothoseoftheproductsmadeinforeigncountries.
