FIRE DRILL PROCEDURE AT RIG SITE

井场消防演习程序

Instrument:说明：

l Fire alarm: six intermittent sound of air horn, and shouts to all people at rig site “ fire, fire, fire”

消防警报： 6个间歇式的喇叭声，并对井场所有人员呼喊“着火了，着火了，着火了”。

l Fire team: three roustabouts with the chief of roustabout as their leader消防队：场地工长带领3

个场地工。

l Backup team: three floormen with A.D. as their leader后备队：副司钻带领3个钻工。l Two safe briefing area:两个安全区：1# safety briefing area located at entrance of rig site井场入

口处。2#safety briefing area located at exit of rig site井场出口处。

l Check the wind sock for wind direction and go upwind查看风向标，向上风向撤离。

l Other assistance will be arranged by Foreman外部支援（灭火或医疗）由监督组织。

l Uncontrollable fire, secure the well, contact (110) and all personnel evacuate the location up

wind.火灾无法控制时，保护好井口，拨打110，全体人员撤到上风位置。

procedure程序：

All crews: Upon discovery of a fire, an initial attempt should be made to put out the fire, using theapplicable fire fighting equipment. If it is unsafe or impractical to make the initial attempt, the followingprocedures should be followed:所有人员：发现火情后，应使用适用的消防设备灭火，如果不安全或无法灭火，应按以下程序进行：

1．Driller:Sound alarm.司钻：发出警报。

Pick up the drill string from the bottom of hole, shut in well as per the Saudi Aramco S/I procedureand awaits instructions.钻具提离井底，按阿美公司关井程序关井,等待指令。

2．Fire team: Taken on fire suit and carrying the nearest fire extinguisher proceeds to front of the

foreman’s office waiting for the instructions.消防队穿戴好消防服,携带附近的灭火器前往监督办公室外等待指令。

3．Back up team:Assemble front of the foreman’s office waiting for the instructions.在监督办公室处

集合等待指令。

4．Machinist:Start emergent fire pump and await instructions.机械师：启动紧急消防泵，等待指令。

5．Electrician: Proceed to SCR and await instructions.电气师：SCR旁待命。

6．All other personnel, except those involved in key operations: Proceed to safe briefing area

of the up wind direction.除参加紧急操作的人外，其他人员前往上风向的安全区集合。
