摘 要

随着现代信息技术的发展，基于Web服务的信息发布成为技术改革与发展的方向。本设计主要是人力资源咨询和培训网站的建设，在求职者与企业之间建立一座桥梁。一方面使企业通过该系统提供的服务发布招聘新信息以及查询求职者的个人信息；另一方面求职者也可以发布个人求职信息，查询企业相关信息，方便求职者即时的了解企业的招聘动态。

在网站建设的过程中，涉及到http://www.77cn.com.cn技术、开发环境、数据库设计等知识，特别是Web服务。本系统选用了http://www.77cn.com.cn作为系统开发工具，数据库管理系统采用SQL Server 2000。

本设计实现了个人和企业的注册以及登录的功能，不仅对各种招聘信息、企业信息、个人信息的即时发布，而且还提供了后台管理功能。在后台管理中还实现了对个人会员、企业会员的管理以及对最新招聘信息的管理.

Abstract

With the development of modern information technology, Web-based

information service issued became a technical reform and development direction.The design is mainly talking about human resources consulting and building website of training, building a bridge between job-seekers and enterprises. On the one hand,the enterprises can issued new information of recruitment,and enquiried job-seekers’ personal information which provided by the services of the system;On the other hand, job-seekers can also issued the inpidual information,enquired business-related information.Job-seekers can immediate understanding dynamic recruitment of enterprises.

In the process of website construction constructed, involved http://www.77cn.com.cn technical knowledge, development environment, database and so on, Specially the Web service. we chose http://www.77cn.com.cn as system development tools, in database management system using SQL Server 2000.

The design has realized the function which inpidual and enterprise's registration as well as registers. Not only immediate issued each kind of employment advertise information,

enterprise information, inpidual information,but also provided the backstage management function. In backstage management,also has realized a lot of management,such as inpidual member, the enterprise member and the newest employment advertise information.
