The history

In 1801 , Ireland came to be a part of Britain. In 1921, southern 26 prefectures in southern consisted a nation. The Republic was set up in 1937 when the northern six prefectures still belong to Britain, which was called Northern Ireland. Since then it is a part of the United Kingdom .
