writing

Email1. Warm-up questions: Is email a necessity for your daily communication? Who are you contacting through email? Can you enumerate the advantages and disadvantages of email? What are the basic elements of an email?

writing

Email2. Introduction: With the rapid development of computer technology and internet, email has become increasingly prevalent in communication among people and businesses. It is time-saving and money-saving compared with snail mail, and easy to edit. It is not constrained by the space in that you can write it and read it anywhere as long as you have a computer connected to the internet.

writing

Email3. Basic components: To line: the email address of he recipient (a comma or a space in between different email addresses) Subject line: main subject of the email. A meaningful subject line helps clarify what your message is about and may also help the recipient prioritize reading your email. Attachment line: to indicate the attached file you send with the email.

writing

Email Salutation: similar to that in a letter. Formal: Dear Mr. Williams; Informal: hi John. Body: to cover specific matters. It may open with reference to the previous email if you are writing a reply. Then state your reason for writing and elaborate on it if necessary. If there is an attachment to the email, you can refer to it. Finally close the email by expressing thanks, hopes or wishes. Sign-off: includes complimentary close and your name.

writing

Email4. Tips: Be concise and brief Reply promptly Structure and lay out emails properly Do not send confidential information in email (your email is open and could be read by an unintended person if no encrypted with additional setup.)

All related specifically to grammar and syntax, not to material content. When uncertainties arose for me, I emboldened parts of script, so you can tell me what exactly you intend to say. Then the proper changes can be made. Tell me what you think. Talk with you soon, Kevin

Business card1. Definition: Business cards are cards bearing business information about a company or inpidual. They serve the purpose of introducing the holder to business partners in formal introductions as a convenience and a memory aid.

writing

Business card3. Tips: Holders in high professional position might include job titles as President or CEO, etc. A tagline or brief description can be useful when the business name is somewhat ambiguous or doesn

’t clearly convey what the business does.

writing

Business card3. Tips: Taglines can also convey benefits and features. When using two-sided or folded business cards a bullet list of services offered or main product lines can extend the usefulness of the business card. Traditionally many cards were simple black text on white stock; today a professional business card will sometimes include one or more aspects of striking visual design.
