HBM EIA/JESD22-A114-A exceeds 2000VMM EIA/JESD22-A115-A exceeds 200V. Specified from 40to+85°C and 40to+125°C.

DESCRIPTION

74LVC244A;74LVCH244A

The 74LVC244A/74LVCH244A is a high performance,low-power,low-voltage,Si-gateCMOSdevice,superiortomost advanced CMOS compatible TTL families.

Inputs can be driven from either 3.3or5V devices. In3-stateoperation,outputscanhandle5V.Thesefeaturesallow the use of these devices as translators in a mixed3.3and5V environment.

The 74LVC244A/74LVCH244A is an octal non-invertingbuffer/linedriverwith3-stateoutputs.The3-stateoutputshigh-impedance OFF-state. Schmitt-trigger action at allinputsmakesthecircuithighlytolerantforslowerinputriseand fall times.

The244isfunctionallyidenticaltothe240,butthe240hasinverting outputs.

5.The specified overdrive current at the data input forces the data input to the opposite logic input state.
