2学情分析

学生的年龄在十一岁左右,生性活泼好动,喜欢直观形象思维,对活动、竞赛、动画感兴趣。学生学了三年英语,有一定语言基础,教学设计上以话题为中心,提高学生语言运用能力,课堂上仍要以表扬为主,注重激发学习英语的兴趣,鼓励他们大胆说、积极做、努力演!

3重点难点

重点:能听懂,会说What’s the date today? It’s April 30th. When is your birthday? It’s on May 5th. I’m older than you.等句子。

难点:能理解、掌握具体日期的用法, 并能在合适的情景中正确运用。

活动1【导入】Step I Greetings and free talk

1、Greetings Good afternoon, boys and girls!

How are you today?

Sing a song Months of the year song (多媒体)

2、Free talk What’s the date today? The spring is coming. The w eather becomes warmer and warmer.

(设计意图:简单的问候缓解课前的紧张,拉进与学生之间的距离,Free talk 使学生再次复习上节课Let's learn内容,为新课内容作铺垫。)
