1. Summary YK-11 Intelligence Measurement Controller is intelligent ,high accuracy controller for temperature, pressure or level measurement. When use it to equipped with temperature, pressure or level sensor, we can consist temperature, pressure or level measurement control system for various type and range.

YK-11 Intelligence Measurement Controllers input signal can changed variously by internal relay, only 3 inputs are needed to form input signals as of thermocouple, resistance temperature detector, standard current 0～10mA or 4～20mA, 0～5V or 1～5V standard voltage. Main Feature:

◆Adopt currently the most advanced ATMEL single chip microprocessor as main computer, peripheral parts are decreased benefit for high reliability

◆Configure varied input type and output specifications in one instrument.

◆Adopt WATCHDOG circuit, software trap and redundant, interruption power protect, digital filter technology etc.,online error correct ability is concerned so the whole computer perform high ability of anti-interference.

◆Adopt double 4 digit LED displays, can display measured value and alarm setpoint value on the same times.

3. Operation

After power on the upper display window displays HELO to indicate self-checking is right, upper displays ---- indicates input over range or sensor disconnection or short-circuit. Instrument adopts man to machine talk model for input parameter, and use various prompting to indicate what kind of data should input

Press and hold the En key for 2 seconds to inter setting status. Press ▲ key making parameter increase one , press ▼ key making parameter decease one .Press and hold the ▲ or ▼key, value will increase or decrease quickly and release for stop . In setting status, upper numeral tubes display function prompt when lower display setpoint value. In working status upper display shows measured value, what lower display shows can be changed by setup for needs.

On parameter setup , press En key make the appropriate prompt or indicator show on upper display, use ▲ or ▼ key set lower display to the required value , press En key again save the value and prompt next parameter .

On the setup intervals, press ■ key once can return to the preceding parameter, press and hold ■ key for 2 seconds can escape from the parameter setup

The instrument will escape auomatically from the parameter setup operation if no key is pressed within 10 seconds .

Parameter set as following:

（1）Unlock: press the En key, then upper display window displays Loc, lower window displays

oFF. Must ▲ key be pressed to changed oFF to oN , then alarm setpoint value can be changed . When Loc is oFF, alarm setpoint value inhibit modification and can only be viewed

Alarm setpoint:

J1HA—J1 relay alarm point setting value(When J1-H is set to OFF, this closure).

J1HF—J1 relay alarm reset value(When J1-H is set to OFF, this closure).

J2HA—J2 relay alarm point setting value(When J2-H is set to OFF, this closure).

J2HF—J2 relay alarm reset value(When J2-H is set to OFF, this closure).

The instrument has 2 limit or 4 limit alarm output, alarm output has types of upper limit （ i.e.: alarm is activated when pv is higher then setpoint value ）,lower limit (ie: alarm is activated when pv lower then setpoint value) and forbidden alarm. Alarm output mode is set by alarm enable parameter（J1-H,J2-H,J3-H,J4-H）

After set alarm setpoint , press the En key, upper display shows -Cd- , lower display shows 800 . Only 800 is changed to 808, and then press SET key again will make

（2）instrument prompt secondary parameter setup status, other value is denied for preventing

field operators from set parameters incorrectly by mistake.

In secondary parameter setup status, upper display shows prompt Sn for instrument’s input signals.

（3）dot—decimal point position, range 0～3 .

（4）inPL—linear input lower limit displaying value, i.e. The instrument’s lower limit . range

-999～9999.

（5）inPH—linear input upper limit displaying value, i.e. The instrument’s upper limit . range

-999～9999。

(6)J1-H—J1the relay output: set of —HH— means alarm occurs when pv is greater then 1st alarm setpoint value （upper limit alarm）, set of —LL— means alarm occurs when pv then 1st alarm setpoint value lower limit alarm ） , set of OFF means

(7)to set the J2, J3, J4 output parameters are

(8)bS—retransmission output. Can select 1～5V, 0～5V, 4～20mA, 0～10mA

(9)bS-L—retransmission low limit .

(10)bS-H—retransmission high limit .

(11)oSEt—adjustment parameter of 0 point calibration, range -99.9～99.9，measured value displaying after calibration = + oSEt , oSEt = 0.0
