Happiness

X:Well, this topic is interesting. We were born with the perception for happiness, no matter we were male or female, rich or poor, beatiful or plain looking.Until buried in the grave,we pursuit for happiness for the whole life. However, there is still so many sorrow and complaint filling up our lives,why? Is happiness really so hard to reach for?What is your interpretation of hapiness?

C:As far as I can see, people frequently get happiness from comparing with others.That it why we can hardly feel happy when we grow up.

X:Yes,since we were young,schools and parents tell us to be superior to our classmates,we were used to attaching our happiness with superior sense.

C:For me, I think happiness comes from sense of achievement. When I make codes change into a programm in the computer, when my basketball were thrown into the basket…I feel happy when I realize a goal.

X:Well,fullfillment can uncertainly bring happiness. But I have too many goals to realize, I want my GPA to be four,I want myself to be rich,I want mys boyfriend to be handsome and considerate..

C:Uhha?You know,these are unrealistic.Maybe you should reduce your target.

X: Yes,so I mostly enjoy the process of trying,not the outcomes.And my

happiness usually comes from my joy,not fullfillment.When I eat the steak,enjoy my favorite songs,read my favorite novels,I feel happy. C:As a metter of fact, happiness or sadness,it is all up to ourselves. There is no perfect person.As there are not similar leaves in the world,every one is unique.

X:Yep! There is no standard for happiness.In order to persue happiness, we should recognise and orient ourselves correctly.
