一、want 的常用结构

Anne wanted to dance like Lingling.

want 作动词，意思是“想要，需要，想，要，希望”，常用结构：1、want sth. 意思是“想要某物”。例如： He wants a ball. 他想要一个球。

2、want to do sth. 表示“想要做某事“例如： I want to watch TV. 我想要看电视。

3、want sb. to do sth. 表示“想要某人做某事”。例如： My mother wants me to help her. 我妈妈想让我帮她。

二、一般将来时的表达方式

Anne and Lingling are going to do a modern dance. 安妮和玲玲打算跳现代舞。

一般将来时最常用的两种表达方式：

1.will/shall+动词原形这种表达方式一般单纯地表示将来某个时间将来要发生的动作或存在的状态。will用于各种人称，shall只用于第一人称。例如：

I will/shall go to visit him next week. 下周我将去拜访他。

What time shall we go there tomorrow? 明天我们几点去那儿？

2、be going to+动词原形

be going to 相当于一个助动词（其中be有人称和数的变化），

与它后面的动词原形一起构成谓语。用来表示近期将要发生的动作或存在的状态，以及计划、安排、打算要做的事。例如：

There is going to be a football match this afternoon. 今天下午将有一场足球赛。
