摘 要

制浆造纸中段废水主要包括:蒸煮污冷凝水、纸浆洗筛净化废水、漂白废水、碱回收废水及部分泄漏黑液;中段废水具有排放量大,污染负荷高,成分复杂,毒性大等特点;草浆造纸中段废水中主要污染物为植物纤维,污染物浓度高,而N、P含量偏低,可生化性很差,BOD5/COD值一般约为0.15~0.25, 易产生泡沫, 处理难度大;因此,草制浆造纸中段废水的处理已普遍受到政府和企业部门的高度重视。

本设计是10万吨/d草浆造纸中段废水综合处理初步设计。进水水质为pH=4~9,COD≤3000mg/L,BOD5≤300~50 mg/L 0,ρ(SS)≤850mg/L, AOX≤20, 色度≤1000times。2009 年5 月1 日实行新标准造纸工业水污染物排放标准(GB3544-2008)规定pH=6~9,COD≤80mg/L,BOD5≤20mg/L,ρ(SS)≤30mg/L, AOX≤12,色度≤50times。这就使造纸废水“达标排放”迫在眉睫。采用物化预处理+生化处理+物化深度处理的方法处理该中段废水可使出水达标。通过分析原水水质水量,比较各处理工艺特点,本设计选用水解酸化+carrousel氧化沟+混凝沉淀三级处理工艺处理草浆造纸中段废水,可是出水排放达标。 关键词:草浆造纸,中段废水,carrousel氧化沟,综合处理

Abstract

Pulp papermaking wastewater: steaming pollution condensate pulp wash sieve purification of wastewater, bleaching effluent, recovery waste water, and some leakage of black liquor; middle of wastewater emissions, the pollution load, complex composition, toxicity ; major pollutants in the straw and paper in the middle of the wastewater plant fiber, high concentrations of pollutants, while the N-low P content, biodegradability is poor, the ratio of BOD5/COD value is generally about 0.15 to 0.25, easy to produce foam processing difficult; straw pulp papermaking wastewater treatment has been generally well received by the government and corporate departments attach great importance.

The design is the preliminary design of the integrated treatment of 100000 t / d straw of Paper Mill Wastewater. Water quality for pH = 4~9, the COD≤ 3000mg/L, BOD5 ≤ 300 ~ 500, ρ (SS) ≤ 850 mg / L, AOX ≤ 20, the chroma ≤ 1000times. May 1, 2009 to implement the new standard for the paper industry standards for water pollutants (in GB3544-2008) provides pH = 6~9 of COD≤80mg/L and BOD5≤ 20mg/L, ρ(SS)≤30mg/L,of AOX≤12, the chromaticity≤50times. This makes papermaking wastewater discharge standards "imminent. Through the analysis of the water quality capacity of raw water, compare the various deal with process characteristics, This design selects hydrolysis the the acidification carrousel oxidation ditch coagulation and sedimentation tertiary treatment craft to TREATMENT OF STRAW PULP midcourse wastewater, but the compliance of the effluent emissions.
