摘要

起重机的出现大大提高了人们的劳动效率,以前需要许多人花长时间才能搬动的大型物件现在用起重机就能轻易达到效果,尤其是在小范围的搬动过程中起重机的作用是相当明显的。在工厂的厂房内搬运大型零件或重型装置桥式起重机是不可获缺的。 桥式起重机小车主要包括起升机构、小车架、小车运行机构、吊具等部分。其中的小车运行机构主要由电动机、减速器、主动轮组、从动轮组、传动轴、制动器和一些连接件组成,一般用来使起重机和小车作水平运动。本文首先论述了起重机的作用及在国内外的一些研究成果和发展动向,提出了本次设计的研究背景及研究的意义,其次,本次设计主要围绕小车运行机构进行的,对小车运行机构的各个部件进行计算并校核,以确保小车运行机构能正常运行并发挥作用。

Abstract

The hoist crane appearance enhanced people's labor efficiency greatly, before need many people the large-scale thing which spends the long time to be able to move can achieve the effect easily now with the hoist crane, moves in the process in the small scope the hoist crane function is quite obvious in particular.Transports the large-scale components or the heavy installment bridge type hoist crane in the factory workshop may not attain lacks. The bridge type hoist crane car mainly includes lifts the organization, the trolley frame, car parts and so on movement organization, hoisting mechanisms.Car movement organization mainly by the electric motor, the reduction gear, the driving pulley group, the driven wheel group, the drive shaft, the brake and some bridge pieces is composed, uses for to cause the hoist crane and the car generally makes the horizontal motion. This article first elaborated the hoist crane function and in the domestic and foreign some research results and the development trend, proposed this design research background and the research significance, next, this design main encompassment car movement organization carries on, carries on to car movement organization each part calculates and examines, guarantees the car movement organization to be able the normal operation and plays the role.
