3.丙方承诺不将甲方的产品配料机密及配料数据泄露和卖给第二家，一经查出违者必究，丙方向甲方支付1-5万元违约金。

六、违约责任

1.在聘期间，丙方如有违反国家法律，公司规章制度或受到其他公司以外的行政处分的，甲方将视其情节轻重，给予相应处罚，包括开除丙方并追赔有关经济损失。

2.丙方如果在聘期间调离甲方，自调离之日起，本合同书自动终止，甲方视具体情况责成丙方承担相应的违约责任。
