5、甲方转正后按规定为乙方缴付社保金。 二、乙方职责

1.全力支持丙方的正常工作， 在现有的条件下最大限度地为丙方搞好服务。

2.带领和协助丙方提高生产率，产品质量并监督实施; 3.代理甲方检查督促丙方履行本合同规定的岗位职责情况。 三、丙方的权利和义务
