I do agree to accept @@@, born on September 9, 1985, from ！！！ University as a doctoral candidate in my group. All necessary instrumentations and materials will be available for him. However, our institute is unfortunately not able to give financial support for his personal expenses. Concerning his degrees, there will be no problem to be accepted as a doctoral student by our faculty, which already was confirmed by our bureau of international affairs. When @@@ is in Germany, he only has to pass a routine procedure, to get the formal acceptance from our dean. Thereafter, he additionally can be immatriculated as student, while there are no tuition fees for doctoral students.
