【考点指要】

综合填空是一种考查学生综合语言运用能力的题型，既考查词语搭配、惯用法、语法，又考查学生的篇章理解和逻辑推理能力。常见的考查形式有：选词填空题、限词填空题、自由填空题、动词运用题和看图填空题。

【题型特点】

选词填空题：该题型要求学生从方框中选出适当的词，并用其正确形式填入短文的空格处。

限词填空题：该题型要求学生根据短文意思和首字母提示，在短文空格处填上恰当的词。 自由填空题：该题型不给任何提示，要求学生根据短文意思，在每个空格处填上一个词。这类题允许有多个正确的答案，具有灵活性和开放性，但难度较大。

动词运用题：该题型要求学生根据短文意思，用括号内所给动词的适当形式填空，主要是对动词的时态、语态以及非谓语形式进行考查。

Harry Lee McGinnis, better known as “The Hawk (鹰),” has seen his influence in the world.
