（2）肉鸡标准化加工生产主要技术路线：屠宰→沥血→打毛→去脏→清洗→消毒→分割→检验→计量→包装→-32摄氏度急冷等七十多种工序。其技术要求、检验方法、标志、包装、贮存必须执行新的国家标准GB16869《鲜、冻禽产品》。

（二）技术可行性分析、关键技术

该项技术体现了标准化生产的优势，现代化生产的要求，其科技含量、应用价值较高。它的推广应用可以产生可观的经济、社会、生态和环保效益。

项目技术路线是：孵化优良品种的鸡雏、饲喂全价的配合饲料、采用笼养技术、按标准控制饲养环境（对肉鸡排泄物按国家环保标准应用生物技术进行有效处理）采用现代先进的自动化设备进行屠宰加工，达到生产优质、绿色、环保、无公害鸡肉产品的目的。在实施标准化生产过程中，其关键技术：一是集肉鸡标准化育雏、饲养、屠宰加工为一体的产业化生产。二是孵化优良品种鸡雏、选用符合标准的鸡饲料、采用笼养技术、实施科学的饲养管理成为提高产量和经济效益的主要技术手段。三是采用标准疫病防治程序和畜禽养殖污染防治标准，从而达到控制疫病、净化环境的功能。四是
