我国企业集团财务管理模式问题浅探

摘 要

企业集团财务管理模式是指在一定社会环境下对企业财务关系和财务管理活动的各种要素按照一定逻辑进行综合描述，反映各种要素基本特征及其内在联系与结构形式的有机整体，把握这些因素，能够更好的对企业进行管理，使企业能够获得更好的经营利润。目前企业集团财务管理模式，按管理权限的集中度划分，主要有三种模式：集权式、分权式和相融式。不同模式差异实质上是母子公司财务管理权限的归属及权利的上收和下放问题。

本文从企业集团财务管理的一般模式入手，通过对国外企业集团财务管理模式作简要的比较，分析各类模式存在的问题，最后在借鉴国外财务管理模式的基础上，提出了企业集团财务管理模式的现实选择和对策。

Analysis of the financial management mode of enterprise groups in China

Enterprise group financial management mode refers to in a certain social environment for the various elements of the relationship between corporate finance and financial management activities, according to a certain logic synthesis is described, reflecting the various elements of the basic characteristics of their internal relations and structure of an organic whole, to grasp these factors, to better manage the enterprise, enabling enterprises to obtain better operating margins. At present enterprise group financial management mode, press the division of management authority of concentration, there are three modes: centralized, decentralized and blending formula. Different modes are essentially the difference between income and decentralization issues and the rights of ownership of the parent company financial management authority.
