摘要：随着社会经济的飞速发展，市场竞争的日益激烈，我国目前施工企业建设成本控制过程出现的这样或那样急待解决的问题，为了使施工企业在残酷的竞争环境中得以存在、延续和发展壮大，这些问题的合理解决变得尤为重要。本文从剖析症结所在的根源出发，有针对性地提出了几点解决成本控制和成本管理的措施手段。
