高速公路收费站不同收费方式的通行能力研究

摘 要

高速公路收费站是公路交通流的瓶颈，收费站的通行能力直接影响着路段通行能力，从而在总体上制约着收费公路的交通运行状况。因此研究收费站的通行能力是解决高速公路通畅的保证，是规划建设收费站的依据，是进行收费站设计和经济评价的基础，也是研究各种收费系统的依据。因此本论文通过对收费站进行调查，了解收费站的基本情况，得到相关数据，从而对数据进行计算分析，特别是对人工收费方式和ETC（Electric toll collection）收费方式的通行能力进行计算以及通过数据画出条形图间接分析收费站不同收费方式的通行能力，从而得出传统的人工收费方式使车辆在经过收费站的时候必须停车交费，使得路段的通行能力降低并使得车辆经过收费站时产生延误，然而采用ETC收费系统不仅大大降低了车辆的延误，同时也提高了收费站的通行能力、减少车辆在排队等候中的尾气排放从而改善了环境。首先分析人工收费方式与ETC收费方式通行能力不同的原因所在；其次了解影响收费站收费车道通行能力的因素有哪些；最后提出改进收费站通行能力的措施。本论文呼吁增加ETC用户的使用量，将部分或全部的人工收费车道转变成ETC收费车道，是最为有效的方法，本论文也提出了提高ETC用户使用量的相关措施。

Abstract

Highway toll is the bottleneck of traffic flow of highway, the traffic capacity of toll station directly affects the road traffic capacity, limits the overall toll road traffic conditions. So the traffic capacity of toll station is the assurance of solve the highway unobstructed, planning and construction of toll station is the basis, is the basis of the toll booth design and economic evaluation, the basis of research on various charge system. This paper through investigating the toll station, understand the basic situation of the toll station, get relevant data, calculation and analysis of data, especially the artificial way to charge and ETC (Electric toll collection) way of payment capacity calculation and toll station through the analysis of the data to draw a bar chart of indirect traffic capacity of different charging methods, thus it is concluded that the traditional artificial way to charge the vehicle must stop when through a toll booth fee, and make the road traffic capacity reduce and delay caused the vehicle passes the toll station, however the ETC charge system not only greatly reduces the vehicle delay, but also improve the traffic capacity of toll station, reduce exhaust emission of vehicle waiting in line to improve the environment. First analysis of the artificial way to charge with the way the cause of the traffic capacity of different payment ETC; Second understand what are factors, which affect the toll charge lane capacity; Finally put forward measures for the improvement of toll station capacity. This paper calls for increased ETC user usage, the part or all of the artificial charge lane into the ETC lanes, is the most effective method, this paper also puts forward the relevant measures to improve the ETC users use.
