摘 要

在当今的社会条件下，市场竞争越来越激烈，而竞争的焦点和实质是质量。质量的概念就发生了根本性的变化。要把质量搞上去，就必须把有限的资源合理的组织起来汇集到提高和改进质量的目标上去；而在所有的资源中，人是最重要最活跃、最起作用的因素。当管理与质量有关时，则为质量管理。质量管理是在质量方面指挥和控制组织的协调活动，通常包括制定质量方针、目标以及质量策划、质量控制、质量保证和质量改进等活动。要做到这些，就要在企业内部建立、贯彻并落实质量管理体系，真正把质量管理这一行之有效的管理模式融入企业每个员工的思想。这是保障企业提高服务质量的有效方法，也是进行人力资源开发的有效手段，是实现企业员工参与质量改进的有效途径，是依靠广大员工办好企业的一项重要措施，是提高企业竞争力的一个有效途径。本文以风机制造企业贤龙公司作为研究对象，通过对其质量管理现状和存在的问题进行分析研究，希望通过对贤龙公司质量管理系统的研究和分析，尝试扩大质量管理的范围，把质量管理的思想和方法移植到企业的日常管理工作中，研究质量持续改进的理论，对贤龙公司质量管理提出改进对策，从而形成统一的质量方针和目标，为企业进一步发展提供一些思路。

Under the now social condition, the market competition is more and more intense, but competes the focal point and the essence are qualities.The quality concept has had the fundamental change.Must do the quality, must collect the limited resources reasonable organization the enhancement and the improvement quality goal comes up; But in all resources, the human is the factor which most important most active, most has an effect.When management and quality related, then for quality control.The quality control is in the quality aspect direction and control organization's coordination, usually includes formulation activities and so on quality policy, goal as well as quality plan, quality control, quality assurance and quality improvement.Must achieve these, must in the enterprise interior establishment, implement and carry out the quality control system, integrates truly the quality control this effective management pattern the enterprise each staff's thought.This is safeguards the enterprise to improve the grade of service the effective method, also is carries on the human resources development the effective method, is realizes the enterprise staffs to participate in the quality improvement the effective way, is the dependence general staffs runs the enterprise an important measure, is enhances the enterprise competitive power an effective way.This article by the air blower manufacture enterprise virtuous dragon company took the object of study, through conducts the analysis research to its quality control present situation and the existence question, hoped through to the virtuous dragon company quality control system research and the analysis, the attempt expansion quality control scope, transplants the quality control thought and the method to in enterprise's daily supervisory work, the research quality improves continually the theory, proposes the improvement countermeasure to the virtuous dragon company quality control, thus forms the unified quality

policy and the goal, further develops for the enterprise provides some mentalities.
