——以A公司生产车间为例

摘 要

目前，在经济的发展和竞争的全球化这样的趋势下，我国制造企业所面临将面临一场激烈战争。整个生产系统的信息流、物流、生产的能力和效率、生产安全和成本受到了车间设施平面布置很大影响。因此，如果想提高生产系统效益的必须要依赖于优良的设施布置，它可以改善一个系统在生产中的整体功能、他也是先进生产方式和现代化管理的前提条件。文章首先研究了国内外在该行业领域的存在的现状并且进行了分析，阐述了该文章的研究意义、研究背景和研究的主要内容等；紧接着介绍了设施布置设计的内容、目标、定义及布置车间设施的含义、原则等基本理论；接下来我们拿A公司来举例，通过分析A公司生产车间的设施布置现状，找到了A公司布置生产车间设施时候遇到的问题，最后通过SLP这个方法，分析了A公司各作业单位之间的物流及非物流的这两种情况，然后画出了具体的位置相关图与位置相关图，最后我们得出了一套可以实现的布置方案。

Abstract

At present, with the development of economy and the globalization of competition, China's manufacturing enterprises are facing more and more competitive. Workshop facility layout of the entire production system of logistics, information flow, production capacity, production efficiency, production cost and production safety. Excellent facilities layout, therefore, is one of the important source and improve the efficiency of the production system, is to improve the production system as a whole function, realize the premise and foundation of modern management and advanced production mode. This paper the research status in the field of the industry at home and abroad were reviewed and analyzed, this paper research background and significance, research content, etc.; Follow this paper introduces the definition of facility layout design, content, target and principles of the meaning of workshop facilities layout, and other basic theory; Next to A company as an example, through the analysis of A company production workshop facility layout present situation, pointed out that A company main problems existing in the current production workshop facility layout; Finally using SLP method, between each work unit to A company in the logistics and the logistics are analyzed, and then draw out the related figure and location related figure, put forward the feasible layout.
