分析湖南近3年42套中考真题可知，湖南各地市对“制定计划”的话题考查频率较高，主要从 “假期计划”的命题角度设题。如： 2012 怀化中 考真题要求以“My Vacation Plan”为题，写一篇 短文，谈谈自己的假期计划； 2012 株洲中考真题 要求以邮

件的形式真题要求以邮件的形式告知笔友自己 假期喜欢做的事情； 2012 常德中考真题要求以 “What to do this summer vacation? ”为题，根 据给出的表格提示，写出两个同学以及自己的 假期打算及理由。

全国各地市考查该话题时，命题角度还会涉及 到：制定对学习、班级活动和学校活动的计划； 制定学习计划、人生奋斗目标或理想等长远的计

划以及最终要实现的愿望或期待等。以下以2012怀化中考真题为例分析此话题：
