摘 要

改革开放以来，吉林省经济取得了较大的发展，经济运行事态良好，人民生活状况得到了显著改善，消费水平也稳步增长。消费是社会生产最终目的，也是维持和拉动经济增长的强大动力。因此正确分析吉林省城镇居民消费支出意义重大。

本文根据扩展线性支出系统模型的基本理论，运用2009年吉林省城镇居民家庭平均每人全年消费性支出和可支配收入的数据，对吉林省城镇居民消费支出情况进行了实证分析。通过对影响居民人均生活各项消费支出因素，其中包括食品、衣着、家庭设备用品及服务、医疗保健、交通通讯、文教娱乐及服务、居住和杂项商品与服务，建立扩展线性支出系统对这几项消费支出做出分析，计算消费倾向、边际消费倾向、基本需求支出和需求收入弹性等来研究他们的消费支出方向的变化，以及居民的生活需求变化趋势，以及对全省城镇居民的消费结构作比较深入的因素分析，明确勾勒出各相关因素之间的影响关系，研究结果显示：在影响我省居民消费支出的诸多因素中，居民收入状况是最为关键的因素。收入的水平在很大程度上决定了居民消费的数量和质量，从而决定了消费支出的主要特点。通过需求弹性的收入分析，可以看出我省目前消费市场热点不断转化，消费支出呈多层次的新特点。

ABSTRACT

Since the beginning of reform and opening , there is large economic and social development in Jilin province,The economic operation situation good, marked improvement in people's living conditions, consumption is growing steadily. Consumption is the ultimate goal of social production, and is also a powerful driving force for maintaining and stimulating economic growth. Therefore,it has great importance to analyze the consumption expenditures of urban residents in Jilin province.

In this paper based on the basic theory extended linear expenditure system model,we the use the data of urban residents in Jilin province in 2009 families with an average per capita annual living expenditures for consumption and disposable income to conduct,the consumption expenditure of urban residents by empirical analysis.By on analysis the consumption spending factors which aeffected the residents per capita life.That is food, clothing, family device supplies and the service,medical health, traffic communications, and cultural and educational entertainment and the service,live an miscellaneous merchandise and service.we established extended linear spending system on these several items to analyze the calculation consumption tendencies, marginal consumption tendencies, and basic spending needs and income elastic, needs research they of consumption spending direction of changes, and residents of life needs changes trend, And consumption structure of urban residents in the province for more in-depth analysis, clearly outlined the effects of related factors, We obtain the folloio inpresults:many factors influence consumer spending in our province residents income situation is the most critical factor. Income level to a large extent determines the quantity and quality of consumption, so as to determine the main characteristics of consumer spending. Through the analysis of the income elasticity of demand, We can see the new character istis that hot consumption market in evolving, consumer spending levels of the new features.
