面向中小型企业财务管理系统的设计与实现
摘
要
随着我国市场经济的发展，财务管理己成为中小企业经济管理的关键。财
务部门为经济管理提供70％左右的数据，用计算机管理这些数据是中小企业管理
信息化的基础和前提，它能使财务工作人员从日常繁重的手工操作中解放出来；
目前，财务管理软件在中小企业中有广阔的发展空间，如何研究开发出适合中
小企业发展现状的财务软件是当前研究的主要方向。
本文以此为背景，针对国内外财务软件发展的趋势和现状，着重对中小型
企业财务管理流程和功能的进行分析，对如何利用系统更好地管理企业的财务，
梳理财务信息进行了研究。
本文研究的主要内容：
l、通过分析中小型企业财务管理系统的模式，制定出面向中小型企业财
务管理系统的架构，并进行数据库的设计；
2、根据中小型企业财务管理的特点，构建凭证管理、工资管理、帐簿管
理、固定资产管理、报表管理、往来管理、出纳管理和财务分析等功能模块，
并以SQL Server2000作为后台数据库，以Delphi
7．0作为前端开发工具，完
成系统功能的设计与实现；
3、以本文工作为重点研制的部分功能模块，已经成功应用于国风集团人
力资源管理系统中，且效果良好。
面向中小型企业的财务管理系统可以充分发挥企业财务管理部门对于财
务管理的职能，提高企业的财务管理水平；整个系统界面清晰，功能完整，操
作方面，适合中小型企业财务管理的需要。

managementsoftware has a largIe room fordevelopmentin the medium and small scale
enterprises．It
