六 收发文

1.文件是经营信息传送、交流与反馈的重要信息载体。英达仕顾问管理公司的每一位员工都负有文件管理的责任或义务。

2.本公司对外文件之收发的责任者为指定专人----文秘统一办理，她是各级文件管理的直接承担者。附《收、发文登记表》

3.文秘在收文后必须先根据文件的分类及时编号、登记，并在公文上附“公文处理单”，分送有关部门或人员传阅承办，同时请传阅人或承办人在“收文签字 簿”上签收，文秘对有回复要求的文件须跟踪阅办人及时反馈阅办结果，并对文本进行复印和留档。

4.公司的各类文件均属内部机密文件,文秘不得截留、泄露和私自外带,违者予以警告、经济处罚、除名或追究法律责任。属一般业务便函，只要在“收文登记簿”上登记即可，直接分送有关人员阅办。

5.本公司对外之发送文函按性质订立参见《文档管理制度》。

6.文件传真的发文工作亦由文秘人员负责，需发文者将文稿经主管人员签字后交文秘处登记发文摘要、分类编号、发送后归还原稿人。凡对外报送的业务资料、协议等重要文件皆须复印备份存档。

7.对一些机密文件,需在文件页首加盖印章,以防止随意传播。
