1 概况

1.1项目背景

我国生物化工行业经过长期发展,已有一定的基础.特别是改革开放以后,生物化工的发展进入了一个崭新的阶段。目前生物化工产品已涉及食品、医药、保健、饲料和有机酸等几个方面。但是,随着生物化工的发展,其环境污染问题也日趋严重,已经成为我国的环境污染大户。在生物化工的各个行业中,由于淀粉、啤酒、酒精、味精、柠檬酸、抗生素的产值较大,环境污染严重,尤其引起人们重视。

食品工业是以粮食和农副产品为主要原料的加工工业。这类行业用水量大,废水排放量也大,尤其以淀粉工业废水的排放量占首位。我国淀粉行业有600多家企业。在国内,每生产1m3淀粉就要产生10~20m3废水,有的甚至更多。废水中主要含有淀粉、糖类、蛋白质、废酸和废碱等污染物,随生产工艺的不同,废水中的 COD浓度在2000~20000mg/l之间。这些淀粉废水若不经过处理直接排放,其水中所含有的有机物,进入水体后迅速消耗水中的溶解氧,造成水体缺氧而影响鱼类和其他水生动物的生存,同时废水中悬浮物易在厌氧条件下分解产生臭气,恶化水质。山东某淀粉厂生产过程中排放大量淀粉废水,影响周围环境,为适应当地环保工作的需要和工业项目应同时设计、同时施工、同时投入使用的三同时原则,也使出水水质达到相应的标准,故投资兴建此配套污水处理设施。

1.2设计依据

根据《建设项目环境保护管理条例》国务院(1998)第253号令和《关于加强工业节水工作的意见》国经贸贸源[2000]1015号及国家环保总局有关政策和规定。本污水处理设计主要执行的标准与技术规范如下:

(1)《污水综合排放标准》(GB 8978——1996); (2)《工业废水处理工程设计与实例》;
