供应商绩效评估研究

摘要

供应商绩效评估一直都是供应链管理的重要课题，企业中的采购部门必须定期的评估供应商的绩效，以期望供应商能够达到企业的需求。在进行供应商评估时，必须同时考虑多个指标及决定指标的权重，由于指标间具有相依及回馈的情形，因此权重的决定也较为复杂，此外，又由于绩效指标之间相互影响，指标之间的关联度也是评估供应商是必须考虑的问题。本研究提出了一个新的供应商绩效评估方法，结合分析网路程序法和决策实验室法建立评估模式，以达到正确的评估供应商绩效，及可回溯绩效表现找出关键改善原因之目的。在进行供应商绩效评估时，利用分析网路程序法求出各指标的权重，量化指标并求出供应商的中分数；另外利用决策实验法得到个指标的因果关系及关联度的大小，在检验供应商绩效时，可从权重大或者关联度大但表现差的指标回溯，以提供供应商改善的方向。

Supplier performance evaluation research

Abstract

Supplier performance evaluation has been the important issue of supply chain management, enterprises in the procurement department must regularly evaluate supplier performance, in order to expect suppliers to reach the demand of the enterprise. In supplier evaluation, must also consider multiple indexes and decide the weight of index, because the index of dependence and feedback situation, so the determination of the weights is also complex, in addition, due to the mutual influence between performance indicators, indicators of the degree of correlation between the evaluation of suppliers is also must consider the problem. This study presents a new supplier performance evaluation method, combining the analytic network process and decision making laboratory method to establish an evaluation model, so as to achieve the correct evaluation of supplier performance, and can find out the key reasons for the improvement in retrospective performance objective. In supplier performance evaluation, using the analytic network process method to calculate the weight of each index, quantitative index and the supplier 's scores; and the use of experimental decision method indicators of causality and the size of the association, in the inspection of supplier performance, could be obtained from the right major or related degree but poor performance index backtracking, in order to provide the supplier to improve direction.
