前 言

本标准制订的目的,主要是为了适应公司日益全球化发展的需要,也是为了增强公司机柜可互换性、提高公司机柜设计效率和质量、降低公司机柜研发和生产成本的需要。

本标准主要以IEC标准为主,参照了ETSI、NEBS标准对机柜性能部分的要求及NEBS标准对机柜工程安装的要求。
