青岛海产品出口现状及问题

摘要

青岛市农产品出口受到农业生产规模普遍偏小、大型龙头企业少、品牌优势不明显、产品加值低、质量安全存在隐患、出口市场过分集中潜在风险较大、国际市场需求不足、国际贸易保护主义、人民币汇率波动较大等内外部因素的制约。促进青岛农产品出口，必须加强出口农产品生产基地建设，实行标准化生产，规模化经营;从多方面加大对农产品精深加工出口企业的扶持;建立农产品出口预警机制，指导农业生产经营及出口加工企业及时调整生产、加工、出口策略;加快企业质量和诚信体系建设;完善多层次的农产品出口政策促进体系;积极实施出口农产品品牌战略;加快实施市场多元化战略，分散出口市场风险;加强部门协作，帮助企业解决出口退税、信货、劳资、市场开拓等实际困难，为出口企业营造一个良好的发展环境。

1.1青岛市海产品出口现状调查与研究
