摘 要

随着半导体照明技术的发展,LED(发光二极管)已成为照明领域研究的热点,显示出巨大的潜力和良好的发展前景。由于LED矿灯它与白炽钨丝灯和荧光灯相比.主要技术优势为体积小、发热量低(没有热辐射)、耗电量小(低电压、低电流启动)、寿命长(理论寿命10万h以上)、响应速度快(纳秒几级)、耐振动和冲击及无污染。非常符合矿灯光源的各项技术指标和安全要求,国内外都在投入大量的人力财力对LED 进行研究,研究的重点在于进一步提高LED 性能和降低成本。

文中首先对LED 的相关发展和优势及矿灯的各种安全指标进行介绍,然后应用电子、开关电源的相关技术,设计了LED 矿灯驱动电路系统。这里采用最新的白光LED,专用LED 驱动芯片和锂电池充电控制芯片设计矿灯。可以看出,以LED 作为光源设计出的矿灯具有照明效果好,使用时间长,寿命长,轻便小巧,免维护的优点,相对传统矿灯的优势明显,是煤矿行业的革命性产品。

文中对驱动电路的设计进行了详细的叙述,最后对设计的系统进行了实验的验证。论文的最后对设计的矿灯和驱动系统提出了改进意见,并对LED 及其驱动技术的发展进行了展望。

Abstract

With the development of semiconductor lighting, LED is already a research hotspot,and is showing tremendous potential and bright prospect.Since LED miner's lamp is its, compares with fluorescent lamp with white heat tengsten lamp. Major technical advantage is little for volume , give out heat to measure is low ( no heat radiation ) , power consumption is little ( low voltage and low current start ) , the life long response speed ( above theoretical life one-hundred thousands hs) is quick ( incorporate second few levels ) , endure vibration and impact and free from contamination. As miner's lamp light source,LED is consistent with the technical specifications and safety requirements.Now huge manpower and financial resources are invested to research LED, and the focus are enhancing the performance and reducing the cost.

The electrical and optical characteristics are introduced at first. Then, a LED miner's lamp and a high power constant current system for driving LEDs are designed, using the technology of electronics and switching power supply. The latest HB-LED, the specialized chip for LED driving . It can be seen that the miner's lamp based on LED is better in lighting, working for longer time, of longer lifetime, smaller in size, and maintenance free, which holds great advantage compared to traditional miner's lamp. It is a revolutionary product in the coal mine industry.

At last, the proposals to improve the miner's lamp and the LED driving system are given, and the development of LED and its driving technology is expected.
