摘 要

电气化铁路因其运输能力强、运营成本低、能源消耗少和环境污染小等优点,受到世界各国的普遍重视,成为了当今铁路的发展方向。而接触网作为电气化铁路的重要组成部分,其状态的优劣直接影响到电气化铁路的运行安全。因此,合理的接触网设计,能够提高接触网系统的可靠性,保证铁路生产的正常运行。

本论文以接触网基本原理为核心,首先介绍了接触网的基本组成,阐述了接触网各个组成部分的作用和设备,并论述了高速接触网的技术特征和受流质量指标。其次,进行接触网的初步设计,通过分析比较国内外高速铁路接触网采用的新技术,新设备,完成对接触网悬挂模式及设备,材料的选型,并进行相关的设计计算。另外,按照接触网平面设计程序,依据区间接触网平面设计的技术原则,完成精伊霍线(DK281~293)区间接触网平面设计,在设计过程中,充分考虑了设计区间的气象资料和线路条件。最后利用CAD软件绘制出接触网平面图,并对特殊区段的跨距和支柱容量进行技术校验,使设计更加完善,合理。

本文从接触网设计的特点出发,结合国内外高速电气化铁路的新技术,新材料,按照牵引供电设计规范,完成了区间接触网的平面设计,能够适应列车在高速运行时对接触悬挂的要求。

JINGHE-YINING-HUOERGUOSI RAILWAY LINE(DK281-293)

ABSTRACT

With its advantages of stronger transport capacity, lower operating costs, less energy consumption, smaller environmental pollution and so on, the electrified railway is universally concerned and has became the railway development orientation. The overhead contact system, as one of the most important components in the electrified railway, its state has been taking great effects on the safe operating of the electrified railway. Therefore, reasonable design can improve reliability of the system, to ensure that the electrified railway would operate safely.

The core of this thesis is contact system principle. Firstly the thesis introduces the basic component of contact system, expounds the function of each component of contact system and equipment, and discusses the technique characteristics of high-speed contact system and flow quality indicators. Secondly, the article start preliminary design of the system, Through the analysis and comparison of the high-speed railway contact system adopted new technology, new equipment at home and abroad, contact system hanging pattern , equipment, materials selection are done, and related design calculation is completed. In addition, according to plane design program and the contact of graphic design based on principle, the design complete about Jinghe-Yining-Huoerguosi (DK281~293) contact system graphic design, and in the design process, it fully consider account of the design range of meteorological information and line conditions. Finally, the use of CAD software to map the contact system plans, and technical calibration is done for special sections of the span and the capacity of the pillar, which make a design more reasonable, perfect.

The thesis base on the characteristics of contact system design, and it combine high-speed electrified railway at home and abroad of new technologies, new materials, in accordance with design specifications of traction power, completed the design of contact system system ,which are able to adapt to high-speed train.
