Part1(1-6): the narrator plunged into a distant failure to witness its marvels. Part2(7-78):A.(7-28):He was astonished at a few of the marvels. B.(29-55):He felt thrilled at the conquest of nature. C.(56-66):He began to doubt whether the conquest was a blessing. D.(67-78):He finally became angry at all the marvels and rejected the world of marvels. Part3(79-81):The author woke up and returned back to the reality.

The narrator choose to have a long sleep , then he will be a witness of marvels , just like the other writers.

But even he do this , can he really see the marvels? You always cannot imagine the world will change to what .

When he past the long passage of the centuries ,wake up as a specimen in a museum and learn the new world from the man in asbestos ,he will change his mind.

Yes, we can learn from the text that people eliminated death and disease.Was it a good thing?

In the last class, many of you said "no",you thought if people wouldn't be ill and wouldn't die ,people would not value their lifes any more and some other bad respects.In some way ,I agree with that. However ,when I contact with our life ,I doubt.
