．Good afternoon ,next I will make a introduction of myself. My name is . I am a nineteen -year -old boy. I come from a beautiful country located at the bank of Chang Jiang River. In this beautiful country, I spent my childhood with my friends. I was born in a sunny day on October twenty-fifth. I am quiet and I don’t like to show myself before others. I am honest and hard-working. I have a strong will. To keep my enthusiasm, I keep exercise everyday. Only with strong will can you conquer yourself and realize your goals. If you don’t keep you dreams alive, you won’t have your dreams any longer.

I don’t have many friends, however I have several best friends. They are very good people. We play, learn, and live together. If anyone of us gets into troubles, all of us will give him a hand and get him through these troubles. During my high school life, these memories with my friends are great fortune in my life.

My favorite subject is physical. There are some reasons. On the one hand, I think physical reflects the law of the nature. Without physical, we can’t build up human culture and step into modern life. On the other hand, physical is beautiful and practical. Scientists use physical to design machines. We can also use physical to solve problems and seek the truth of the sceneries. To be honest, it’s a little difficult for me to learn physical. However, I really enjoy the beauty of the physical while solving these

difficult problems.

2. How to relieve stress

It is easy for people to feel stressed in lives. For example, we feel stressed if we don’t prepare well for the coming text. We feel stressed before a girl who we are attached to. We feel stressed when we talk with our parents if we make a mistake.

As students, there are many reasons for us to be stressed. If parents expect us too highly, we may feel stressed. We don’t want to turn our parents down. However, the goal is beyond our abilities. So the stress comes. Sometimes we feel stressed when we make a mistake, we are afraid to be punished even though other people have forgot. Besides, it is easy for us to be stressed when we step into a new environment.

Stress has positive effects. Stress can improve our performance. On addition, we can work and study more efficiently with appropriate stress. However, too much stress can have a bad effect an us. Too much stress will hurt both our heart and our body. If we have too much stress, we can’t study well and have enough energy to work.

So what should we do with stress?

Playing is a good way to relieve stress. You can play the football, basketball, and volleyball. You can also choose to run. When you feel tired physically, you will feed relaxed mentally. Talking with other people is also a good way to relieve stress. If you have too much stress, talk with

your parents, friends, and teachers. You can also choose to cry. Crying is also a good way to relieve negative feelings.

3. How do you spend your spare time?

I usually choose to read books in my spare time. I read novels, poetries, and short stories. My favorite book is the Three Body. It tell a story happen in the future. Sometimes, I listen to music and watch movies. If there is enough time, I choose to travel around. On Sunday, I go out to enjoy the beauty of life. In the morning, I go shopping with my friends. In the afternoon, I usually go to the theater to watch a movie.

Of course, in my spare time, I also do some sports. My favorite sport is football. I like it very much and I play it every week. For one thing, I can build up my body. For another, I can relieve myself.

4. Compare your high school life and your college life

When I was a high student, I always dreamed my college life. I ever dreamed to travel around the whole country during my college and make a beautiful girl friend. But, until I have spent three months in the college, I realize that my college life is really different from my high school life. The first difference is about time. In high school, we spend all our time to study. I n my spare time, I always choose to review my books or do some exercises. So I don’t have time to play. But in college, we have enough time to do whatever we want. There are not so many courses in college. We only need to spend limited time to pass the exam. We have

much time to follow our heart.

The next difference is the teaching method. In high school, our teachers teach us everything. If we don’t finish our homework, we will be punished. But in college, teachers only teach us knowledge. No people push you to study. You should learn on your own.

In all, there are many differences between the high school life and the college life, none is better or worse. They are just two different periods in my life. I enjoy both of them.

My favorite sports star is Yao Ming. He is really a hero. He is the first Chinese basketball player in the NBA. He is modest and hard-working. He makes great contributions to the relationship between Chinese and the Americans. His personal qualities inspire me to make progress and move ahead.

My favorite sport is basketball. I like it very much. I play basketball ever day. This is a game which can build up my body. I play basketball so I am strong and have enough energy to work. Playing basketball also teaches me to be friendly and confident. Besides, it helps me to build up my character. So that, I can get along well with others. Playing basketball is also a good way to relieve stress. When I am unhappy, when I make troubles, I play basketball. In the end, I feel relaxed.
