第三方B2B支付清算平台的设计与实现

摘 要

电子商务是一种基于Internet的网上交易、网上支付的新型商业运营模式,现已逐渐成为推动社会、经济、生活和文化的重要动力和工具。与此同时,电子商务的市场需求也推动了电子支付业务的快速发展。电子支付作为电子商务的重要关联产业,其重要性日益凸现。然而,目前我国电子商务模式下存在支付安全、支付效率和支付信用等问题,阻碍了电子商务的发展,尤其是阻碍了市场交易份额最大的B2B业务的发展。虽然,目前已经有了一些较为有效的业务层面的规范和技术层面的改进,但电子商务的快速发展对支付服务提出了新的更高层次的需求。因此,需要针对目前我国的现状,对电子商务的支付模式及其实现技术开展系统深入的研究是十分必要的。

本文首先对B2B电子商务的基本概念、当前发展趋势进行了简要的介绍,重点对中国目前现有的两种B2B支付模式进行了深入研究,指出两种支付模式各自的优势及其存在的一些不足。其次介绍了系统设计实现过程中涉及的软件设计模式理论、框架技术以及整个系统平台采用的安全技术和信息安全理论基础。接下来,针对目前B2B支付解决方案中存在的问题,结合实际项目中企业客户的需求,分析设计了第三方B2B支付清算平台,其中包括系统的设计方案,设计原理,系统的总体架构、软件体系结构以及安全框架设计,最后对系统的部分核心模块进行了详细的设计和实现。

系统设计要点主要针对目前B2B支付模式中普遍存在的支付效率问题,支付信用问题,支付安全问题以及支付局限性等问题提出了相应的解决措施。此外,方案还设计了在途资金透明和企业集团客户银行帐户管理

的增值服务。该设计方案主要是以第三方模式进行构思,将第三方引入到B2B支付中来,通过第三方对支付流程环节的监管控制,实现交易的安全性和完整性,为交易双方提供一个良好的支付环境。

在系统的实现上,采用MVC模式进行开发设计,选择J2EE平台实现,使系统具有清晰的层次结构和良好的可扩展性,能满足不断增加的新业务、新服务的开展,便于以后升级和维护。同时,系统还采用了并发处理的多线程技术和线程池技术,大大提高系统的交易处理能力和稳定性。商户应用程序与系统的接入渠道上采用了目前流行的Web Service及其安全技术,在保证系统安全性的基础上,使对外接口具有良好的封装性和独立性,在系统本身业务升级和变动的情况下,不影响接口功能。系统网关与银行网关的连接采用目前各行推出的银企直联技术,并使用NIO通信框架MINA实现核心模块和商户交易网关的高效通信。

本课题来源于实际生产项目,并在实际开发中对方案进行了实现,因此具有较好的实际应用价值。通过该方案设计的第三方支付清算平台及其衍生系统将在山西广泛应用,将逐步建成以山西主导产业为龙头的(虚拟)电子商务共同市场。目前,该平台已经在天然气公司开始初步使用,系统运行稳定,而且客户反映良好。本文提出的B2B支付解决方案有较好的使用价值,同时也能为我国B2B电子商务在线支付模式的发展提供参考。 关键词:支付模式,第三方,B2B,电子商务

THE DESIGN AND IMPLEMENTATION OF B2B THIRD

PARTY PAYMENT AND SETTLEMENT PLATFORM

ABSTRACT

The e-business that is based upon Internet, as a late-fashioned commercial operation mode concentrated on transaction and payment via internet, is gradually becoming an important force and tool in promoting development of global economy and social activities. Meanwhile, due to the market demand, e-business is getting rapid growth and increasingly showing its prominent importance being the major marketing. However, the development of domestic e-business especially the B2B business that taking the largest market share is blocked because of existent payment problems such as security, efficiency and credibility. Although some effective measures in operational level and improvement in technical level have been made to solve above problems, it’s far from enough to handle the higher and newer -level standard emerging from the rapid development. Therefore, it’s necessary to go in-depth study on the payment mode and technology based on current domestic e-business situation.

This thesis first makes brief introduction to the basic concept and current development trend of B2B business. It focuses on in-depth study on domestic existent two kinds of B2B payment modes and points out respective advantages and deficiencies of both payment modes. Next the thesis elaborates on related software mode theory, framework technology as well as the security technology and information security theoretical basis adopted by the whole system operation platform. Then, as to the problems growing out of current B2B payments solutions, the paper in connection with the practical demands from collaborated enterprise customers analyzes and designs the B2B payment and

settlement platform via the 3rd party including the design scheme and principle, entire formation, software architecture and security framework design of the system. Finally the paper makes detailed design and implement as for some system core modules.

The system design scheme mainly proposes relevant solutions to the problems such as low payment efficiency, credibility, security and limitation that are widespread in current B2B payment modes. Besides, the scheme also includes such-value added services as fund in float transparency and bank account control of group clients from enterprises. This special design is mainly constructed via the 3rd party mode. By applying the 3rd party into B2B transaction, the security and completeness of transaction can be achieved taking advantages of its supervision and control functions during transaction procedures. Finally a favorable payment platform comes into being for both transactional sides.

In the implementing of system, we apply MVC design pattern for design and development, choosing J2EE platform for implementation, which ensure clear structural level and outstanding expandability of the system. The design can meet the development needs of new business and services. Moreover, it is convenient for future upgrades and maintenance. In the developed system, we use the multi-threading technology and thread pool technology, which significantly improve the transaction processing capacity and stability.
