物流管理的现状

摘要

物流学是在20世纪50年代新发展起来的一门实践性很强的综合性交叉学科。物流学研究的对象是经济活动中“物”的流动规律。随着现代信息技术和电子商务技术的发展，与之相伴而生的现代物流正在成为新的迫切的社会需求，现代物流管理揭示了物品运输、储存、包装、装卸搬运、配送、流通加工和信息处理等物流活动的内在联系，使物流活动从经济活动中凸现出来[1]。

物流管理是根据物流这种先进的经济运行模式而产生的各种物流运作活动，根据客户的要求，为了达到物流的根本目的，而进行的计划、组织、协调与控制。这种管理可能是社会宏观物流的管理，也可能是企业微观物流的管理；可能是横向管理，也可能是纵向管理；可能是单元管理，也可能是多元管理等等。物流管理必须以市场为导向，以企业为核心，以信息网络技术为支撑，以降低物流成本、提高服务质量为目的。物流这种模式最终取决于物流运作水平。政府只是创造有利于物流业发展的环境，而企业的参与与运作则决定一切。

Current situation that logistics manages

Abstract

Logistics is in the 20th century, new developments in the 50's with a strong practical and comprehensive cross-disciplinary. Logistics is the study of economic activity in the \of the flow pattern. With modern information technology and e-commerce technology, with the attendant new modern logistics is becoming a pressing social needs of modern logistics management items revealed the transport, storage, packing, loading and unloading for transportation, distribution, circulation and information processing to deal with the logistics activities, such as intrinsically linked to the logistics activities from the economic activities emerged [1].

Logistics Management is based on the logistics of such an advanced model of the economy arising from the operation of the various logistics activities, in accordance with the requirements of customers, in order to achieve the fundamental purpose of logistics, and to carry out the planning, organization, coordination and control. This may be the social macro-management of logistics management, or it may be the micro-enterprise logistics management; may be horizontal management, the management may also be vertical; unit management may be, or it may be multi-management. Logistics Management must be guided by the market, with enterprises as the core technology to support the information network in order to reduce logistics costs, for the purpose of improving the quality of services. Ultimately depend on the logistics of this mode of operation of the level of logistics. Government is to create a conducive environment for the development of the logistics industry, and enterprises to participate in the decisions and operation of all.

1 绪论

1.1 物流管理概要

物流管理的内容包括三个方面的内容：即对物流活动诸要素的管理，包括运

输、储存等环节的管理；对物流系统诸要素的管理，即对其中人、财、物、设备、方法和信息等六大要素的管理；对物流活动中具体职能的管理，主要包括物流计划、质量、技术、经济等职能的管理等。

物流管理科学是近一二十年以来在国外兴起的一门新学科，它是管理科学的新的重要分支。随着生产技术和管理技术的提高，企业之间的竞争日趋激烈，人们逐渐发现，企业在降低生产成本方面的竞争似乎已经走到了尽头，产品质量的好坏也仅仅是一个企业能否进入市场参加竞争的敲门砖。这时，竞争的焦点开始从生产领域转向非生产领域，转向过去那些分散、孤立的，被视为辅助环节而不被重视 …… 此处隐藏：4760字，全部文档内容请下载后查看。喜欢就下载吧 ……
