I can’t wait to tell you how good I feel after two months’ exercise and dieting. Do you remember Tom used to joke that I was wearing a tyre around my waist? Guess what? Only two months’ exercise and I have lost 10 kilograms. The “tyre” is gone! Sounds amazing, eh! I bet if you also plan a diet and exercise programme and stick to it, you can make it too. Dieting doesn’t mean you have to give up food like ice cream. The party isn’t over. Just watch how often you eat it. Exercise is the same. Make sure it’s on your timetable. Set regular goals that you can really live with. Then, as all the ads say, just do it!
