摘要：随着社会经济的快速发展，现代建筑火灾隐患不断增加，建筑火灾成为威胁 人身财物安全的重大危害之一。各种形式的火灾预警机制受到越来越多的人们关 注，火灾报警技术不断改进创新，火灾报警准确度不断提高，消防报警系统性能 不断得到提升。通过配备完善的消防联动设施设备，消防报警系统在现代智能建 筑中起着极其重要的安全保障作用，消防报警系统己成为现代建筑必不可少的部 分，研究消防报警系统对于改善建筑火灾预警处置、最大限度保障人们生命财产 安全方面具有重要意义。 本文重点研究消防报警系统，介绍火灾报警系统的发展历程和现状，详细分 析商场消防需求，首先进行消防报警系统的总体设计，把系统划分为火灾报警信息采集与处理模块、主控制器和消防联动模块等三个模块，分别就信息监控、火灾数据管理与显示、火灾报警与处理等需求予以设计，设计了一套消防报警系统，并提出了实现方案。按照不同功能区火灾探测器选型要求，分别选用感温式、感烟式和复合式火灾探测器;分析主控制器需求，选配松江云安品牌联动型报警控制器为系统主控制器;设置自动喷淋单元、消防广播单元、消火栓单元和防排烟单元等四部分来实现联动控制;设置防火分区，采用防火卷帘、常闭式防火门予以分隔;从而实现商场的消防报警系统。并对消防报警系统进行火灾信息采集与处理模块测试、主控制器测试、联动模块测试等多项测试，保障了系统有效正常运行。 I

Abstract：With the rapid development of the economy, the risk of fire in modern buildings is growing and has become an important factor that threatens the security of personal belongings. So various early fire warning mechanisms have gained more and more attention, which cause the continuous improvement of fire alarm techniques, in the accuracy and performance of fire alarm system. With the great fireproof joint facilities,fire alarm system plays a vital role in the security of modern intelligent buildings. Therefore, the fire alarm system has become an essential part of modern architecture.It is very important to study the fire alarm system to deal with fire alarm more effectively and guarantee the life and property of people. This dissertation focuses on the study of fire alarm system. It introduces the development and present status of the fire alarm system, analyzes the requirement of the logistics center in details. Firstly, we make the general design of the fire alarm system and divide it into three modules, information acquisition and processing, host controller, and fireproof joint module. They are made to realize monitoring,We design management and display of fire data, the fire alarming the information and processing. the fire alarm system, and propose a scheme. According to the various requirements of the different function in different areas of the logistics center, three kinds of fire detectors, temperature detector, smoke detector and combined type detectors are selected properly. The Son蔚fang Yuan Linkage Alarm Controller is chosen as the host controller. Automatic sprinkler system, fire broadcast system, fire hydrant system and smoke control system are equipped to realize the joint control.
