物流产业作为重要的生产性服务，对制造业提升及经济有效运行至关重要。传统的运输、仓储等服务转型升级，成为根据客户的物流与供应链的实际，提供物流与供应链优化方案、整合运作与管理的高端物流服务提供商。本课程讨论物流与供应链效率问题。内容涉及原材料物流（采购、JIT、MRP等）、产品物流（物流客户服务、DRP等）、运输、仓储及存货管理的概念与方法，物流与供应链整合，以及第三方物流及港口与航运物流发展的现状与案例。

六、本门课程在教学计划中的地位、作用和任务

本课程是经济学（大类）专业的专业基础课。向学生提供物流与供应链管理的基本概念、方法与应用实例。讲解物流环节、供应链的整合的原理与方法，使学生初步具备分析企业、产业各种物流与供应链系统的问题的能力。要求学生掌握物流的基本概念、体系结构。理解物流的经济与管理问题的基本原理。掌握分析物流与供应链系统的基本方法。了解物流与供应链领域的新进展与方向。通过案例分析与应用初步掌握物流与供应链优化的方法。

教学要求：通过引导案例，了解供应链物流的发展过程及推动因素、物流产业国内外发展状况、物流的经济学与管理学角度、物流与供应链整合的概念、提升供应链物流能力的潜力与阻力。理解供应链模型、物流包括的工作、我国物流发展与国外差异。

教学要求：了解与掌握客户服务定义、物流中客户服务因素、客户服务衡量指标体系、增值物流、物流服务战略开发方法；理解客户服务；可得性、周期时间；DRP流程、CPFR、CRM

教学要求：理解预测过程与方法、预测精度改进；存货的定义与作用；存货盘点方法、反应性与计划性方法的比较；掌握计算经济订货批量、安全库存、不确定情况下库存确定、存货控制方法。

教学要求：理解运输的功能、运输的原理与作用、运输基础设施、运输法规、运输管理；了解我国各种运输方式的现状，能够进行运输方式比较及运输服务供应商的选择。

教学要求：理解战略仓储概念、了解仓储的作用与作业原则；掌握仓储的比较与选择；了解仓库与配送中心计划；了解物料搬运目标；了解与比较：机械化物料搬运系统、半自动化物料搬运系统、自动化物料搬运系统、信息导引系统。
