How to be a good audienceGoing to the theatre can be a wonderful experience. Remember you are a part of the audience. Knowing how to behave yourself properly will result in a more enjoyable experience. Here are some tips.

1. Read the programme first to acquaint yourself with the actors, the plot and other interesting information about the cast(演员 表) and the performance. It will make your theatre experience much more enjoyable.2. Dress in the right way. Jeans are not really suitable although more and more people are “dressing down” to go to the theatre.

3. Turn off cell phones, or anything else that will distract(分散注意力)not only the performers but the rest of the audience as well. Nothing is more unpleasant than the constant ringing of all these wireless devices during a live performance. 4. Don’t sing along with the show. As much as you may think you have a great voice, people pay to see and hear the performers on stage— not you.

5. Don’t take photographs or try to videotape( 录像)a professional production. Most theatres have strict rules for this. Camera flashes are very distracting. You may be asked to leave if you are caught videotaping. These performances are copy written. Ask if there is a professional video of the show if you wish to have a copy for your home video collection. Always make sure you know the theatre’s policies on taking pictures and videotaping before entering the theatre.

More practice Hamlet is without question the most famous play in the English language. Probably written in 1601 or 1602, the tragedy is a milestone in Shakespeare's dramatic development; the playwright achieved artistic maturity in this

work through his brilliant depiction of the hero's struggle with two opposing forces: moral integrity and the need to avenge his father's murder.
